Communication is key! I pride myself on being available to my clients, answering my phone, and getting back to anyone in a timely manner.

I specialize in properties in Jeffferson, Kitsap, and Clallam Counties. Previously, I was a top agent in a busy office in Lake Arrowhead, CA where I was apart of the #1 team and received a few awards from my colleagues. I have a background in accounting and thoroughly enjoyed doing that for about 10 years after college.

My husband is a firefigher for the US Forest Service in Quilcene. We have 2 amazing children who keep us on our toes! Our daughter is 7 and attends elementary school in Port Townsend and she loves her animals. Our son is 5 and loves to bring me all the bugs he can find! We are an active family, we love to get out on the water, go on hikes, bike, and explore. I have had the opportunity to coach Volleyball the past 2 years for Port Townsend and Chimacum High School and Middle School and could not have loved it more!

Kristina was outstanding in every aspect of the sale. I lived out of state and needed to complete a sale for an estate. I looked online for a realtor, narrowed my choice to three, and called each candidate. She answered my call and had a market analysis emailed to me within the same morning. She assisted in finding extra help in the prep of the house, as well as the move out after. She was an excellent communicator, pricing of the home, staging, pictures, etc.I have bought and sold numerous homes in Seattle and out of state. Working with Kristina was a joy. Kristina's knowledge of the area and the market is great. She anwered all of my questions clearly and completely and they were many and wide ranging . I felt that Kristina listened to what I said and developed a good idea of what properties might appeal to me. I looked at a wide variety of properties and appreciate that Kristina understood that there was not one specific type of property I was looking for, but instead looking for the place that felt right. This was our 14th real estate transaction over 30 plus years. Without question, it was one of the very best experiences we have had. Kristina did an excellent job evaluating our complex real estate market to determine the right listing price for our property. She developed a marketing strategy that resulted in multiple offers above the listing price. We appreciate how she took time to review all of the offers with us in detail, pointing out the benefits and potential pitfalls of each one. I had an empty lot that was in my family for 30years. I contacted a relator twice before and tried to sell it. They were unable to get even 1 offer. I was incredibly flustered that I couldn't get it sold, even though it was in a desirable area in Port Townsend. After months with the other company, I contacted Kristina Jennings and NOT ONLY did she get it sold, she helped me negotiate a price well over the asking price. We hit a few bumps with the buyers, who wanted more time to close but she still got the job done in a reasonable time frame. I'd say to anyone looking for help in the market in Port Townsend and surrounding areas that Kristina will go the extra mile to help and facilitate the sale for you. My brother in law, Lou and I worked with Kristina directly for a shockingly short time in the process of selling my parents cabin in Crestline. Neither Lou nor I had any experience in selling a home. Kristina’s guidance was paramount in the success we had. My mother, god bless her soul… Well, let’s just say that cabin was stuffed with 30 years of garage sale crap. And the place was in disrepair in spots. Kristina guided me through the “heavy lifting” I needed to handle to get it cleaned out. But, more importantly Kristina guided Lou and I through minor repairs and improvements that helped sell the home quickly. We didn’t have to sink a ton of money into the place thanks to Kristina’s guidance. In fact, she guided us against significant investments; only recommending what had the most “bang for the buck”. Also, she saved us a ton hassle in the trips up there (I live in Carlsbad; Lou lives in Pasadena) because she not only recommended the handymen and plumbers and painters and such. But she also managed them directly. Kristina handled all that for us making it so convenient. She also helped us understand the seemingly myriad of options on the seller side and loan mechanisms on the buyer side of the transaction.We found Kristina to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customer, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. And found the time to spend with us on “zoom calls”. Navigating the spotty cell phone coverage in Crestline is tricky. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. We shared plenty of laughs in the process. Kristina was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in the cabin to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked perfectly.On behalf of my brother Tom and my sister Kerry and my brother in law, Lou, it is our immense pleasure to recommend Kristina Jennings as a real estate agent for any individual or family selling or searching for the ideal home for their unique situation.
